Yesterday, The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, CMS, issued new visitation guidelines for Long Term Care Facilities. These guidelines now include scheduled In-Facility visitation. Scheduled In-Facility visitation will allow 2 visitors per residents for a period of 30 minutes. In facility visits will be scheduled during the hours of 9:00 -11:00am and 1:00 -3:30 pm. Children under 12 are not allowed at this time. During your visit you’ll be asked to wear a mask and maintain social distancing. We are not able to allow you to visit others besides your loved one or move freely through the facility at this time. Visitation has to be scheduled to give everyone a chance to see their loved one. To schedule a visit please call the facility administrative office Monday - Friday from 8:00-5:30. We look forward to seeing you!
